Earth Day
Students helped to create a list of ways to keep our environment clean. Then they created their own Earth.

Getting Ready for Easter
The students created an Easter bag in hopes that the Easter bunny will come and fill it with candies!
We've also been painting Easter eggs:
It Looked Like Spilt Milk
After reading the story "It Looked Like Spilt Milk", the students created their own cloud pictures.
They put white paint on the paper, folded it in half and opened it up.
They decided what their "cloud" looked like and completed the sentence from the story.

3D solids - roll, stack, slide
The students continued to investigate 3D solids (cube, sphere, cylinder, prism, cone).
They tested each shape and sorted them into different groups.

Testing Magnet Strength
Which magnet will hold the most paperclips?
We learned that the bar magnet was the strongest because it picked up the most paper clips. We also learned that just because a magnet is bigger in size, it does not mean it is stronger.
